How to meet our driver (pickup from Phuket Airport only)

You will see our staff waiting you with a sign “Chill Transfer” at exit gate (Outside the airport).
If you can not see our staff at exit gate, please call us with phone number in the voucher.
No extra charge if your flight delayed, our driver will wait until see you.

Confirmation and Cancellation Policies

The booking can confirmed after payment completed (or we send a voucher to confirm).
Cancel booking – We refund money 100% if customer send email to us to cancel the booking 3 days before transfer pickup date. Other cases, no refundable.
Refund 100% if the trip doesn’t take place because of our mistake.
